With over 12 years of work experience in the IT field, I am a passionate and skilled leader of IT service delivery and information security. Currently, I lead the IT service delivery team at Northern Trust Corporation, a global financial services firm, where I manage the end-to-end delivery of IT services, oversee the ServiceNow platform, and ensure compliance with ITIL and security standards. I also hold the ITIL foundation certificate and the Scaled Scrum Master certification, which demonstrate my proficiency in IT service management and agile methodologies. Previously, I worked as an IT major incident manager at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and as an IT enterprise major incident management analyst at American Express, where I successfully handled complex and critical IT incidents, coordinated cross-functional teams, and improved service quality and customer satisfaction. I have also developed my expertise in information security through my education at Arizona State University and my skills in ServiceNow administration and international business development utilising business Spanish.
