I was recruited to lead the project services piece started, developed, and purchased from ADS Consulting divestiture. Founded niche interoperability solutions division and added to $59M annual pipeline of opportunities in healthcare strategy, operations, and technology alignment engagements.We built world-class teams, best practice models, and process-driven deliverables for the EHR (electronic health record) and healthcare data interoperability space in time for the Meaningful Use Stage 2/3 rollout, served on the Infrastructure Standards Committee for the Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) and contributed to the international standard for device integration.

As the SVP of Healthcare at ADS, I started the healthcare solutions practice from scratch by setting identifying and implementing a niche soltion around EHR implementations. I built on that vision by establishing C-level relationships with 30+ healthcare providers in a three month period leading to qualified sales opportunities in 17 healthcare systems through the U.S. I also became an Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) board member, during the startup phase, influencing the direction of healthcare system interoperability standards worldwide. My team also scoped a large Meditech system-wide upgrade including staffing for a three phases (assessment, implementation/go-live, optimization) for a mid-sized New York City hospital. After the passing of one of the founders of ADS, the remaining shareholders decided to desolve the company. However, through my previously established contract, I was able to retain the Healthcare practice which I brought to Atlanta in forming a partnership with Canvas IT.

I served as a strategy and solutions design lead for the southeast region within the Strategic Solutions division of All Covered (a division of KMBS). I served the church most recently as Dean of the Chapel and Lead Pastor at WBS in Jackson, MS where I integrated students, faculty, and the NE Jackson community around a common goal. Before going to WBS, I founded NAVO - a new church plant within the United Methodist Church in Decatur, GA. We led a movement that impacted hundreds of lives in and around the area with it's multi-cultural mix and missional focus. I also served as an associate pastor of Snellville UMC where he was second-in-command of a 4500-member main-street church with responsibilities in weekly contemporary worship preaching, development of young family connections, and cross-cultural community maturation. I also consulted and taught innovative growth strategies to prestigious doctoral programs and church leaders across the country. Since entering the UMC in 2003, I have delivered over 500 presentations to audiences exceeding one thousand. I served as the Southeastern Service-Line Lead for Healthcare as a Senior Manager and founding member in the Technology Risk Consulting practice of the Atlanta office. I helped create and grow the Southeast region Healthcare industry practice and oversaw the Southeast region IT infrastructure process team. I used my relevant experience in all strategic technology fields within various industries to acquire several new healthcare clients in a turbulent marketplace. With those clients, I led a team that streamlined coding procedures and eliminated potentially millions of dollars of inaccurate billing while implementing processes to comply with recent government regulations.

I served as a Manager in the Southeast Region Advanced Technology Practice specializing in the area of Healthcare and IT Infrastructure. I performed large-scale IT strategy and business-to-business implementation projects for both the government and private sectors. I provided technical and business process expertise to clients in Healthcare and a variety of other industries, including Professional Services, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, and Legal. I also served as the Engagement Manager for numerous Digital Markets implementations, including Ariba and i2 applications.
