I am a full stack developer with an interest in becoming an agile coach. I’m a strong team collaborator believing in learning from others and helping others to learn. My passion is to write software that improves people’s lives and can help the world survive. I like to develop solid systems that deliver value and are maintainable. I believe we can achieve more when we work together than when we work alone.I just completed the Certified Scrum Master exam and have my CSM certificate. I know this alone doesn't make me a scrum master. Yet, I am certain that I am now a better member of an Agile dev team and I look forward to sharing this knowledge.I am a servant leader and facilitator. I strive to listen with empathy and then bring awareness to the team’s common goals, objectives and reality. I enjoy helping others develop new capability to help the community.I’ve been a software developer for a few decades and I have seen and written a lot of code, and I have worked with a lot of frameworks, technologies, and programming languages. I'm comfortable working on the frontend or the backend or on operations, security, testing and business analysis. You can see my CV here: https://bryan-gilbert.github.io/bryangilbertsoftware/
