About Bryan Gillette

Organizational and Leadership Development consultant with 25 years experience building high-performing teams and growing leadership capabilities as well as engaging and motivational speaker. As a former HR Vice President, I understand the challenges companies experience and bring proven and practical solutions to meet the business needs. Leadership is a hard job and few do it superbly. But when it exists, it is a tremendous boost to an organization's performance and profitability. When coached, developed, or guided, executives can provide a significantly higher impact to the business. I've coached hundreds of leaders on a variety of issues such as leadership, change management, performance improvement, and communications. My experience doing this comes from many sources. I've learned by being in the trenches and leading teams of up to 270 people. I've surrounded myself with highly-respected leaders. I've called on mentors to coach me. And, I've studied these topics immensely including an MBA and a Bachelors in Organizational Behavior and in Communications. I have also traveled to 60 countries so I appreciate the different cultures and the impact of a globally-disperse workforce. Life is about pushing oneself to the limits and taking risks. As a dedicated endurance athlete, I have completed many long endurance events including:■ Cycling 4,000 miles across the United States (solo), ■ Running 205 miles around Lake Tahoe in 76.5 hours with 90 minutes of sleep (Top 10 Male)■ Cycling 300 miles in 24 hours■ Cycling around New Zealand■ Kayaking 150 miles down the Missouri RiverMy favorite quote sums it up best, "There is nothing more rewarding than accomplishing something you were too crazy to start in the first place." In my keynote address, I show how people can achieve E.P.I.C. Performances by setting lofty goals and then developing a plan to achieve extraordinary accomplishments.
