Improved several key statistics including; student retention from 6.9% to 3.4%, reducing bad debt by over 50%, stabilized employee retention and rebounded our budgeted EBITDA from a miss of over $2m in 2010 to gain of over 200k by 2012. The turnaround in admissions was significant, with the campus having missed their budget for 10 of the previous 12 months and having suffered 100% turnover in the rep force we focused on training and motivating and we able to achieve 7 of the next 8 months of budgeted starts and grew the campus from 262 students to 426 students in just 6 months’ time.Education saw an impact as well, reducing the average monthly attrition rate from 5.1% down to 3.5% in 3 months’ time and staying consistent at that threshold. Graduation and completion rates also improved dramatically and were at record highs for this campus at 72% completion, which was 11 points higher than it was the prior year.Promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing, overseeing all aspects of admissions and marketing for the company. Initiated a new sales training program for new reps, produced new media that generated a 7% increase in lead flow without additional costs, created a power point presentation for reps to increase sales, created a new phone script, created a new interview script, re-created the student questionnaire, revised the Admissions Manual and retrained every rep in the organization. In just a few months we have already seen an increase in starts by 9% as well as having made budget as an entire organization for the first time in 14 months.

Successfully moved campus from ABHES accreditation to ACCSCT in just 6 months and received a full 2-year grant of authorization. Improved outcomes in completion as well as in placement each year.Campus now has a moderately low employee turnover rate of 28% through better hiring practices and training programs. We have also met or exceeded budget for fiscal year 2008 in all key areas such as: revenue budget, profit budget and expenses. We have also passed all audits, both internal and external as well as passed our SOX audits on a consistent basis. Became the 2nd largest campus in the CSI division of over 45 schools across the country.
