As the John Ross District Executive, I collaborated with community and business leaders to develop and maintain youth programs in six counties. Ensuring year-round programs, I recruited over 250 kids annually and held regular leader training events. Through my active participation in fundraising efforts, I exceeded goals and contributed to raising for the annual Friends of Scouting campaign of $2 million. I completed BSA National Camping School and served as both Camp Commissioner and Chaplain at Skymont Scout Reservation. Additionally, I took on the role of Professional Staff Advisor to Woodbadge.
