- Led five client service teams responsible for generating over $6 million in revenue.- Led the development of a resource management strategy for $800 million working capital fund at a large federal shared service agency recently. Guided the development of recommendations for a more-robust and accurate budgeting and pricing process, including workload analysis and forecasting, capacity planning, future capital investments, cash reserves, and charge backs for internal support/overhead. - Led the development and implementation of managerial cost accounting systems at three large federal agencies that transformed over $14 billion dollars of annual expenditures into useful management decision making data and the regular creation of the financial reports. Costing results used to drive performance related initiatives, such as outsourcing decisions and consolidation of overhead. Created monthly planned versus actual reports that included full cost of operations by customer, product and service, and business line.- Managed $2 million project and staff of six consultants that successfully overhauled the accounting code structure of a large federal agency resulting in the ability to accurately report full costs of operations and special projects. Resulting information was used to develop successful business case and fee study to increase fees for services provided to public.- Managed the development of user training efforts, project Web sites, periodic newsletters and other publications to reduce the impact of change on 13,000 employees resulting from implementation of managerial cost accounting processes and systems.
