Plus three restaurants and a play barn. With additional retail planned for Summer 2019 and currently under construction.We opened on the 22nd March 2018. And my role is very much a business development retail manager for the Home & Paper Assortment. Which has exceeded all expectations and currently sits in 1st HP for Home and 3rd HP for Paper & Gifting at the end of this financial year 2018/19. The Home team are currently leading on setting standards & best practice for other centres and new Wyevale acquisition centres to follow and emulate . During the first three months of opening I have trained over a 70% of the team on the customer journey covering Sales & Service, which breaks down to. (ABC) Acknowledging The Customer, Building the Sale and Closing the Sale. I currently support the GM with Recruitment, Induction,Training and the Operational day to day running of the G.C. as required.I frequently support and deliver the daily managers meeting. Setting the commercial tone and focus for the day in the absence of the GM. I also support and guide the reception team re customer service and coach my colleague managers as required.
