Directly responsible for developing, engineering and management of multiple capital improvement projects inclusive of facility construction, tenant improvement, process upgrades (air compressors, HVAC, chilled water systems, dust collection, process equipment and etc), manufacturing and automation upgrades, process efficiency projects, process and facility relocations between multiple US sites as well as new process projects.Lead a team of engineers to develop and improve systems to control, standardize, measure, track and improve current processes/procedures. Analyze process flow to develop finite definitions for all processes, improve efficiencies and eliminate waste in the process.
