I optimize enterprise resource management, work with policy and communities of practice value streams, and develop compliance strategies to support risk management and innovation. I help improve how we handle forecasting, ethics, safety and more to efficiently support our overall business goals.Prior to my current role, I was a Senior Managing Director with 1898 & Co., the consulting and technology arm of Burns & McDonnell. I provided clients with financial and engineering analysis as well as technology and cybersecurity consulting services.
