Managed the implementation of the 4SIGHT system with many Fortune 500 companies across the United States. Managed the creation of standardized policies and procedures to allow the project team to better implement the solution with customers. Implemented a new customer facing help desk, asset tracking system, and customer ordering system that allowed our internal team to better work with our customer base.

Led an 11-man communications shop that allowed over 1000 Soldiers to communicate effectively across all spectrums. In charge of all IT and radio systems for the unit and was responsible for over $1 million worth of equipment. Principal advisor to the commander on the capabilities, limitations, and employment of all battalion tactical communications systems.

Ran a 3 person Brigade Counter-Intelligence shop that managed, directed, coordinated and participated in Counter-Intelligence activities and investigations of individuals, groups, and incidents to detect, identify and neutralize espionage, subversion and terrorism directed against the U.S. Army. Assisted the Brigade Commander in decisions affecting vulnerabilities to the unit and force protection countermeasures.

Led a 25-person communication section during deployment and redeployment from Operation IRAQI FREEDOM, which provided command, control, computer, and communication systems to a 3000-person field artillery brigade. Managed $6 million worth of communication equipment, vehicles, weapon systems, and basic military equipment.
