Manage accounts with enterprise customers to facilitate proactive operating system and server support. This includes making recommendations for security and maintenance updates based on best practice and newly announced fixes and vulnerabilities. Perform in-depth AIX, PowerVM, and PowerHA problem solving as well as problem management for issues that require escalation. Deliverables include monthly meetings for client status, subscription bulletin awareness, problem ticket review, and additionally addressing any client concerns or planned maintenance activities. Conduct onsite visits as needed to work with sales teams providing solutions for support needs and presenting offerings. 
Provide technical expertise on the team for AIX logical volume manager, system dump analysis, system performance review, AIX user environment, and AIX security.
