This is an end to end service involving VPNs (F5, Cisco, Fortinet) and authentication (RSA Authentication Manager, Risk Based and One Time Password).From Jan 2015, have been involved with coordinating the delivery of networks services to new customers. Manage a small team of engineers supporting Remote Access Systems. Responsible for maintaining service levels to our internal and external customers. Developing and maintaining support systems which monitor, backup and manage RAS infrastructure.

Coordinate efforts to assist Australian artists network with other artists and industry contacts. Providing resources through the internet, local events and other communications which allow artists to improve their craft and provide a better product.This has included running a festival in 2006, running training events, and maintaining a website.

Performing Level 1 and Level 2 support for remote users.
