I manage the Operations and Finance divisions at Unique Manufacturing and Marketing, Inc. Operations:-Management and oversight of daily operations within organization.-Liaise with Office Manager and Production Manager for efficiency within departments.-Manage vendor relationships within supply line to develop competitive advantages.-Create and implement systems for warehouse and administration to promote efficient practices.-Manage logistics and systems for key strategic accounts.-Manage and oversee research and development activities. -Manage implementation of operational capital investments to promote organizational efficiencies.Finance:-Manage daily accounting activities along with daily cash inflows and outflows.-Develop and oversee budgets for divisions within organization.-Present key financial indicators, along with financial goals and objectives for board of directors.-Develop and maintain relationships with financial vendors and institutions. -Liaise with VP of Sales and sales managers to develop sales objectives and goals.-Present sales data to VP of Sales and sales managers.
