Volunteer instructor. Building and teaching the course "Distributed Algorithm Design" during the Fall 2022 semester. This course is cross-listed for graduate and undergraduate students as COMP-4760, COMP-6400, CISE 6360. The course texts are "Distributed Algorithms" (Lynch) and "Distributed Systems" (Steen and Tanenbaum). Code examples and projects are written in Elixir. At end of the semester I will release the lectures, notes, and materials on GitHub under the MIT license.

My goals were: to assess strengths, bottlenecks, and risks; define processes to improve quality, reduce waste, and shorten delivery times; and to define a guidebook for my successor. Over the months I worked collaboratively with brilliant colleagues in engineering, product marketing, sales and customer success to shape the Xamarin.Forms product roadmap.
