In 2017, I became the president of Trim-Tex Inc., which is the industry leader in creating vinyl trim, corner bead and accessories designed to solve common drywall finishing problems and providing proprietary solutions to those challenges for contractors. Trim-Tex is an international company whose mission is to provide adaptive use of materials and accessories to enhance the standard flat and squared edged world of drywall. Trim-Tex enters its 48th year in a second generation family business that is proceeding toward its third generation. After completing a successful successsion plan I returned to helping clients grow and navigate through the growing pains of all corporate lifecycles, with a focus on family business governance and scaling.
