United States Army

Supervised 10 employees in a globally deployable squad and maintained 100% accountability of all assigned government equipment and resources valued in excess of $750,000.  Developed guard force system for combat operations by establishing new, safer, standard operating procedures for entire military base; established access control, conducted threat analysis, and guard force training. Planned, facilitated, and managed operations for a United States partnership with four Iraqi Training Academies to train, advise, and assist over 50 foreign managers on physical security operations, safety, and management skillsets.Implemented a maintenance program which improved vehicle readiness from 62% to 85% or greater which enhanced the organizations’ ability to operate safely and effectively.
