Subject Matter Expert/Business Analyst for the Bureau of Mining & Reclamation, Mine Operator and Mine Subsidence Insurance projects; the Bureau of Waste Management, ACT90 and Resource Conservation Recovery Act Compliance Monitoring Evaluation projects and the Complaint Tracking System who attends system development requirement meetings and specification reviews as the liaison between business and technical personnel to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications throughout the SDLC. SQL scripts are reviewed before these releases and along with monthly regression testing. I was part of the File Maintenance areas, SRC team. My daily routines included receipt and verification of retain-able and non retain-able documents, legal document quality assurance with research of questionable documentation, and the review of weekly legal listings. Cross-training was also performed in document processing, scanning and indexing areas of Records Management.

I was a Customer Service Mentor who assisted borrowers from defaulting on student loan accounts by ensuring that preclaim accounts were canceled in a timely manner. This was done by receiving inbound calls, making outbound calls and locating borrowers through various search methods. Payments were also collected and alternatives like deferment or forbearance were issued to satisfy preclaim accounts.
