In my current role, I oversee the technology and operations of Clover Imaging Group's Managed Print Services program, Axess. My responsibilities include:- Tool and Program Management: I manage and support a suite of advanced remote monitoring tools, including ECI FMAudit and EKM Insight (also PrintFleet and MPS Monitor previously). I also played a pivotal role in guiding the development and feature set of our custom-built Auto Supplies Management (ASM) tool, enhancing our managed print offerings.- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: I work closely with Sales, IT, and other departments to implement and optimize our managed print programs effectively, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence.- Past Initiatives and Development: Previously, I supported and oversaw the development of a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) tool and managed a comprehensive Full Service MPS program. This program involved managing wholesale cost-per-page billing, dispatching technicians, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies and parts.- System Integration and Support: I have overseen significant integrations and was instrumental in implementing a company-wide ticketing system that streamlined customer service and internal processes.This role utilizes my extensive expertise in managing technology-driven service programs and my ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functional areas to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

- Managed the information technology department for a 30-million-dollar toner cartridge re-manufacturer and managed print services provider. Implemented and maintained policies and goals that supported the organization's IT needs. Helped business operations groups utilize information systems to improve their efficiency. Ensured computer equipment, hardware, and software were updated to meet organizational needs. Defined and implemented disaster recovery and backup procedures for systems managed by the team.- Led and directed the work of others within the department, including technical support, network administration, and software development. - Managed the Managed Print Services program and assisted with the development of custom applications to support the program.- Implemented manufacturing automations such as barcode scanning, label printing, and shipping integrations.- Proficiently managed SQL databases, set up and configured Salesforce, administered ShoreTel Phone System, installed and configured Equallogic SAN, and maintained Windows 2008 Servers with Hyper-V Virtualization. Provided network, software, and hardware support to all city departments including finance, public works, and public safety. Used cSupport help desk software to track open work orders and complete the work order in a timely fashion. Worked with active directory to manage user and computer accounts. Performed troubleshooting of network connectivity issues including wiring, switches, hubs, server problems, and workstation problems.
