As the Account Manager/Executive Director, Facilities Management and Services for the Upper Iowa University, Bryan Jolley designed, planned and implemented a centralized student academic resource center for this private college serving 900 students in the US with 17 distance education centers in the US and centers in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia for a total enrollment of 6000 world wide. Represented the University to stakeholders and community events during the $70M capital campaign that included LEED sustainable designed campus facilities. Managed P&L, strategic planning, campus master planning, budget and finance and performance optimization.
