Mentor staff and monitor employee development plans.• Led all aspects of the campus construction, $2.5M annually• Solved tasks of troubleshooting, hedging potential delays and other issues• On boarded all maintenance and custodial staff seamlessly to DTZ Inc• Coordinated daily the design, construction, inspections and commissioning of all new space on campus• Managed employees from maintenance management system (Corrigo) to track daily work orders and preventative maintenance schedules

Originally know as UNICCO Service Company/Upper Iowa University was part of C&W Services organic growth through the acquisition of Ogden and Unicco. As the Account Manager/Executive Director, Facilities Management and Services for the Upper Iowa University, Bryan Jolley designed, planned and implemented a centralized student academic resource center for this private college serving 900 students in the US with 17 distance education centers in the US and centers in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia for a total enrollment of 6000 world wide. Represented the University to stakeholders and community events during the $70M capital campaign that included LEED sustainable designed campus facilities. Managed P&L, strategic planning, campus master planning, budget and finance and performance optimization. Implemented a new CMMS for the client and served as a trusted advisor to President and Board of Directors on operational and facilities management. • Managed all aspects of the $70M campus construction campaign, including the liberal arts building, student center, student housing, logo store downtown and stadium• Coordinated daily the design, construction, inspections and commissioning of all new buildings on campus• Saved 5% of $2.9M facilities operational budget annually• Managed facilities employees from maintenance, grounds, housekeeping and events coordination

As the Facilities Management Intern, Bryan Jolley performed the following duties:• Oversaw the maintenance operations for a 1.5 million square foot college campus• Managed several projects, including remodeling a 100-year old home into counseling offices

As the Assistant Superintendent for Robins and Morton, Bryan Jolley's duties covered:• Managed the field operations of large-scale hospitals and medical office buildings in Florida, South Carolina, Arkansas, Alabama and Texas• Oversaw an operating budget of more than $3M• Managed 40 employees and many sub-contractors on multiple projects• Created, managed and implemented overall project scheduling• Ensured project consistency by verifying submittals and shop drawings • Controlled quality, safety and progress of each project
