Progress Property acquisition, whether Macro or Upgrade instructions, in compliance with client KPI’s, including identifying and submitting suitable sites for client consideration (Macro sites), attending design visits, negotiating suitable terms with site provider or their agent, liaising with Client’s solicitors and monitoring progress through to legal completion.Identify suitable back up options (if any), should the preferred option not proceed and carry out pre-consultation with Local Planning Authorities and liaise with Town Planning Consultants to ensure development and planning applications are progressed.Identify any obvious sensitive land use issues which may impeded the approval of the intended use.Reporting directly to and liaising with the Client on site specific information and building/maintaining professional relationships to ensure repeat business opportunities are secured

Management of the Tasmanian & Victorian Portfolio of owned and leased sites for Airservices acting as tenant and landlord.Manage Real Estate acquisitions and disposals of sites;Undertake negotiations with internal/external clients as both landlord and tenant and prepare leases/licences accordingly;Contribute to the preparation of the annual property budget as it relates to the portfolio;Prepare and monitor expenditure and revenue forecast reports;Build effective working relationships providing specialist property advice to stakeholders.
