I have a broad ranging property experience spanning from corporate property portfolio management, commercial & industrial sales and leasing, residential sales, leasing and property management. My current role involves the Acquisition of real estate under the very specific technical requirements of the telecommunications industry and I have previously managed an extensive property portfolio for Airservices Australia, a government owned corporation, requiring adherence to Ministerial directives in many instances. It was with Airservices that I also found myself involved in acquisition and disposition of lease holdings on crown and state owned land requiring me to develop an understanding of the processes particular to these parcels. I have also had the opportunity to work closely with and on behalf of property developers on feasibility analysis of potential opportunities in the residential and industrial property markets. This diverse experience has resulted in my becoming a central point of advice and guidance on general property matters across the organisation in my most recent roles.
