About Bryan Jurewicz

For the past 23+ years, I have been building and scaling businesses in the B2B SaaS, Fintech, and Construction Technology sectors. I started leading a new vision for Arrow Payments in 2016 where we are executing a strategy to streamline merchant services and PCI compliance support for complex university and healthcare institutions. After scaling our operations throughout the U.S. and expanding the executive team, I am now focused on continuing to lead our growth strategies, business development, marketing, and technology partnerships. My passions are creating winning teams, solving complex problems, growing companies, and maximizing enterprise value. I have a proven track record of fundraising, business development, and leading successful exits. As CEO of GradeBeam, I led the development of a B2B SaaS construction communication platform that changed how contractors bid on projects. I grew the business from initial concept to industry leader and sold the company to Textura, which later went public and was acquired by Oracle.I've worked alongside venture capital, private equity, and family offices to deliver returns on their investments. I was a Venture Partner at Bascom Ventures and a registered FINRA Series 62 and 63 Securities Representative at March Capital. Additionally, I have supported the success of other CEOs as a Junto Institute CEO Mentor, Vistage Executive Board Chair, and Leadership Coach with various accelerators and startup incubators.I'm a strong believer in emotional intelligence, leading by example, and digging into the details to deliver innovative solutions. With creativity and hard work, we can truly achieve anything. I'm a driven competitor with a player coach leadership style. I was blessed with great role models from outstanding coaches throughout my athletic career. As a 4-year starter and Academic All American for the University of Wisconsin football team, we turned the program around from no bowl to a Big Ten & Rose Bowl Championship in 1994. I was also blessed with the opportunity to play in the NFL.Let's connect, collaborate, and create success!

In our early work together, Deborah Jackson and I met with Scott Peterson and Selina Doran of Carver Peterson to define our customer journey and sales plans. Selina was instrumental in those sessions. We've been executing and expanding on those strategies ever since. After scaling our operations throughout the U.S., we reached a size where we could expand our executive team with the addition of Selina full-time as our Chief Operating Officer. I am now focused on continuing to lead our growth strategies, business development, marketing, and technology partnerships.
