My passion is operational excellence, continuous improvement and ensuring businesses reach their potential for customers, employees, and stakeholders. With over 15 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, global operations and business solutions in the tech industry for both startup and Fortune 500 companies, I launched a self-owned consulting business in 2018 focusing primarily on ERP solutions and IT architecture.After consulting with companies in 5 different industries, I joined full-time as CIO & Head of Operational Excellence with one of my awesome clients, Pyrotecnico, a fireworks and special effects company in New Castle, Pennsylvania.Following the pandemic, Pyrotecnico acquired 7 companies in the fireworks, sound, lighting and video arenas and formed a new parent company, Live Events in 2021, an industry leading house of brands in the space. My focus as CIO of Live Events has been optimizing our infrastructure and integrating the companies we acquired while enabling secure and sustainable growth by leading IT, Marketing and Logistics as shared services for our brands.I am also currently President of the Pittsburgh NetSuite ERP User Group (PNUG) and have served on customer advisory boards / teams for Oracle / NetSuite focused on manufacturing, supply chain and distribution.
