Principle advisor to the MAG/MALS Maintenance Chief and AMO for all Maintenance Department functions, personnel assignments, qualifications and licensing matters. Maintained liaison with the Wing, MAG, MALS and 11 operational squadrons on all maintenance and personnel related issues including the V22 transition. Compiled and monitored over 2000 maintenance personnel in the MAG using ALERTS data and manpower reports.

As a Weapons and Tactics Instructor the billet consisted of training crew chiefs: and aerial gunners/observers in the development of their tactical proficiency in operations and employment of weapons systems to counter current enemy tactics and threats. As a Flight line Chief the billet consisted of mentoring personally and professionally over 70 Marines daily. As a Quality Assurance Representative the billet involved possessing a detailed, working knowledge of all maintenance tasks, programs and processes. The Maintenance Control responsibilities included planning, directing and controlling the performance and execution of the Maintenance Department at the organizational level.

Principle advisor to the Group Commanding Officer instrumental in the Navy/ Marine Corps production process, contributing to the analysis and implementation of Navy/ Marine Corps initiatives and goals for enlisted aircrew. As the senior Master Training Specialist contributed greatly to the professional and personnel development of over 2000 Sailors and Marines ensuring they are medically, physically, mentally and aquatically qualified to be Naval Aircrewmen.
