As a Senior Brand Advocate, I built strong business relationships with suppliers to analyze and improve online sales, traffic and conversion through identifying and improving product assortment, online content, browse behavior, promotions, fulfillment, inventory and returns.

Partnered with General Manage to ensure sales & payroll goals were achieved while managing merchandise inventory and store operations to ensure accurate store reporting. Performed all hiring and onboarding duties, analyzed profit and loss statements to maximize profitability.
