Responsible for purchasing activities, distribution and transportation activities, as well as manufacturing activities at the corporate level. Oversight of approximately 250 associates in the various functions.

Led a team of approximately 150 associates in the production of Vinyl Siding, Fiberglass Steps, and Aluminum Rails. Oversight responsibilities included purchasing of raw materials, forecasting and scheduling of production, engineering and product development, quality assurance, environmental, health and safety, along with all daily production and key metric achievement.

Responsible for all engineering services in our 24x7 manufacturing facility. I was also responsible for leading the maintenance team to ensure all manufacturing equipment was maintained in proper working order. During my tenure numerous production expansions were implemented to increase our overall extrusion capacity and improve the overall efficiency of the facility.
