Bryan has litigated securities and other complex business cases in state and federal courts in California, Delaware, and other courts throughout the U.S., winning cases at both the trial and appellate level. After graduating from Yale Law School, Bryan spent nearly a decade representing companies and individuals in commercial disputes, shareholder class actions, shareholder derivative actions, SEC investigations, and internal investigations as part of the litigation group of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Bryan further honed his advocacy abilities as an Assistant District Attorney for the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office.Bryan is a partner at Alto Litigation, PC, where he represents clients in complex civil litigation, SEC enforcement matters, and private securities lawsuits.
