Server, storage, network, data center, VOIP, and print were managed through internal and external field services technicians and engineers. Virtualization of POS, WMS, GP Dynamics, and other key applications in a world class data center was key to scaling out IT operations for company growth. Technologies implemented include VMware, Appassure backup, Equallogic SAN, and site to site VPN which significantly improved up time and disaster recovery.

Utilizing BPCS ERP as a core, I created production control systems to streamline operations in multiple vertically integrated plants. This was accomplished by building a service oriented architecture around BPCS to expose core functionality to .NET applications. ERP modules utilized included order management, production scheduling, shop floor control, bill of materials, purchase order management, and inventory control.
