As the Vice President at Jamestown, one of the leading real estate investment and management companies in the US, I oversee the analytics and reporting functions for a diverse portfolio of properties across multiple markets. I am responsible for creating and maintaining financial models, conducting market research and due diligence, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management and investors. I also lead a team of analysts and associates, mentoring and coaching them on best practices and industry standards.I have a strong background in real estate finance, accounting, and valuation, with over eight years of experience in the sector. I started my career as a Property Accountant at EDENS, a retail real estate developer and operator, where I managed the accounting and reporting for over 20 properties. I then progressed to Capital Markets Analyst and Associate - Investments roles, where I was involved in sourcing, underwriting, closing, and asset managing over $1.5 billion of transactions. I joined Jamestown in 2021 as the Senior Associate - Head of Analytics, and was promoted to Vice President in 2023. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of South Carolina - Darla Moore School of Business, and I am proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, JD Edwards, Spreadsheet Server, and Argus Modeling.
