• Monitor, manage, enhance, and develop business processes and sub-processes that enable equipment perform and manufacturing efficiency.• Perform, prepare, and present root cause analysis for internal and customer audits, as well as propose and implement resulting corrective and preventive actions.• Establish TPM plans and goals to achieve the equipment quality standards and fab productivity. • Implement controls and measurement systems to ensure set objectives are met. • Plan, implement and conduct audits to ensure PM tasks are carried per scheduled. • Manage the development of the necessary TPM programs, processes and procedures. • Manage the integration of preventive maintenance procedures, related safe work practices, reliability systems, criticality analysis, spare parts and training into a single overall system. • Ensure compliance with all site rules and procedures, relevant corporate policies and standards regulations pertaining to Preventive Maintenance. • Ensure effective control in TPM and repair problems and establish workable and efficient solutions. • Conduct interviews and discipline of all TPM team members. ● Manage and control R&M spending, perform NPV for upgrades and enhancements focused on ROI and equipment and/or process quality. ● Track metrics for performance to plan for preventive maintenance, overall availability focused on improving unscheduled downtime ratio, parts stocking and consignment, and meeting production shipment requirements. ● Implementation of multiple systematic problem solving methods as they pertain to maintenance and troubleshooting of complex equipment and processes, including Kepnor-Tregoe, 8 Disciplines, Fishbone (Ishikawa diagram), project Management and action tracking programs. ● Identified sources of demotivation and frustration within the team, helped to communicate organizational and leadership opportunities to management in an effort to improve work satisfaction, enhance execution and performance, accelerate teamwork and improve external group working relationships. ● Performance management for a team of eight subject matter experts. ● Continue to deploy corporate and site wide Transformation efforts consistent with our customer requirements and desires.

● Successful and continuous integration of two large operational organizations, both critical to site manufacturing: Photolithography and Dry Etch.● Co-led a team tasked with developing a Business Process for tactically managing and prioritizing tool releases to enable production paths.● Developed and led a departmental and site-wide task management Business Process team, with the objective to consolidate and unify various individual tasks into a single source stream for visibility, prioritization, and resource management.● Managed day to day process operations relative to FDC, SPC, product qualification and target management.

● Responsible for four teams of Leads, Process Engineers, and Equipment Technicians safety and performance, as well as skill development and team building in a high paced manufacturing environment. ● Led a team that developed a Behavior Coaching Guide intended to be used to help align multiple site teams, organizations, leaders, and team members to what each of our corporate behaviors mean, what they don't mean, and ways to serve as an example and recognize other team members for being examples, and exemplifying these behaviors. ● Helped propose a solution and worked with a team to develop multiple enhanced Safety methods for our site. Some examples include TPM 6S management of chemical cabinets, the stocking and use of bump caps, and a more well defined escalation and interaction procedure between process areas and our EHSS first response team. ● Definition of role based job descriptions, along with transitional task delineations and aligned these with our HR career path efforts. Led a labor efficiency effort by developing a new role within Engineering to give our productions operators a career path into engineering, and enhance their contributions to their respective departments.

● Achieved benchmark tool performance for availability and preventive maintenance efficiency on our Cymer LASERs. Established a world class vendor/supplier relationship that was sustained throughout my tenure and beyond. ● Reduced supplier contract cost by developing and coordinating an internal team committed to preventive maintenance and first response ownership. Partnered with other sites around the world to develop BKM's, as well as built, enhanced and sustained a strong working relationship with our supplier, which included re-negotiation of contract terms and conditions. ● Owned and coordinated the design, layout, and installation of over 25 scanners, with worldwide benchmark install and qualification times with no loss to quality. ● Found and hosted a second source parts and maintenance supplier for our Cymer LASERS, evaluating part lifetime and performance quality, part and contract cost, technical support competency, and data analysis capability. Supplied our leadership and global team with recommendations and options for future equipment reliability and availability targets.

● Analyzed and deployed Fault Detection and Classification software and servers across our entire install base of tracks and scanners in Photolithography.● Analyzed tool, product and process signals in an effort to prevent, detect, and/or contain any process or equipment deviations.● Generated worldwide processes and procedures relative to data acquisition, trend and analysis, as well as OCAP/reaction mechanism definitions and deployment.● Developed and deployed training documentation, courses, and classes to build and enhance team member capabilities across multiple departments.
