After leaving corp America in 2005 I became an entrepreneur and jumped into small business ownership by identifying an opportunity within the window cleaning industry where customer needs were not being met, where other players made up a pool of companies and individuals competing on price alone, therefore eroding service in the industry. After nine years of continuous growth developing the St Paul market and Fish Window Cleaning brand, we became a house hold name in the industry with a reputation of professional and consistent service that business and home owners could count on. Believing that I had created some value in the business and wanting to explore other business opportunities, I marketed and sold it. I continue to explore investment options where I can leverage my skills, experience, and passion. I'm actively prospecting in real estate for multifamily apartment buildings where existing performance is poor. My strategy is to identify where poor performance provides an opportunity to add value by acquiring a building and correcting the issues that ail the property creating a desirable asset.
