As an investment banker Bryan has successfully founded, built and sold a highly respected FINRA registered investment banking broker/dealer firm that was primarily focused on supporting registered representatives in the building of their M&A investment practices. In founding and building Spaulding Group, he has brought together his vast investment banking and M&A experiences and resources together to serve as an advisor and intermediary for his current firm’s varied client base. He possesses extensive investment banking experience in a number of industries, including significant experience in the retail, distribution, real estate, manufacturing and technology industries. He has worked with high net-worth clients, as well as family-owned businesses, and private equity, venture capital and other institutional owners, and he has worked on projects domestically and internationally.Prior to working in the investment banking industry, Bryan was a highly-successful sales manager and salesman in several different industries, including the automotive and industrial parts industries. He is experienced in mature, high-growth and emerging industries, and has worked with startups, high-growth and well-established organizations.
