Led product management recruiting efforts in North America, partnering with 5+ Zynga locations. Collaborated with senior PM community and VP of Product Development to hire and attract top talent. Reviewed and generated weekly/quarterly metric reports to illustrate progress to hiring goals, challenges, and wins.

Managed full-cycle recruitment with 20+ top North American engineering universities; screened resumes, conducted on-campus interviews for new grad engineering hires; served as lead software engineering talent recruiter; mentored University Relations managers in refining recruiting techniques and interview best practices for engineering talent; played a key role in creating and managing Zynga's initial and subsequent university internship programs.
