•Responsible for installation, configuration, and support of all hardware servers, networking devices, and storage solutions for all enterprises of the Pueblo of Sandia including but not limited to Sandia Resort & Casino, Pueblo of Sandia Tribal Government, Sandia Golf Club, Bien Mur Indian Marketplace and other minor enterprises.•Secondary administrator for VMware ESX (vSphere 4.1) virtual server environment consisting of 5 hardware hosts housing approximately 40 virtual servers. •Administrator for corporate storage solutions utilizing Nexsan ATAboy and HP EVA SAN solutions.•Maintained the wireless network infrastructure consisting of Cisco access points and long-range bridges. All networking devices integrated with a Cisco ACS server for advanced security via Active Directory. •Supports corporate firewalls, VPN concentrators, spam filters, Symantec Corporate antivirus solution and web filters as well as creating/enforcing internal controls and usage policies related to those systems. •Familiar with configuration and support of Cisco products including firewalls, VPN Concentrators, Catalyst switches and Catalyst routers.•Responsible for all aspects of corporate backups using Qualstar tape libraries, Symantec Backup Exec, and EMC Avamar disk-to-disk backup solutions. •Maintained and configured the corporate email infrastructure including Exchange ‘07 and ’03, Blackberry Enterprise and Professional servers, as well as ActiveSync mobile clients. •Configured and supported of all Active Directory trees/forests for all Sandia Pueblo enterprises including creation and application of all group policies and LDAP integrations. •Formally trained to self-manage projects both major and minor from start to finish utilizing PM tools such as Microsoft Project. Completed 10+ major projects within the first 6 months of employment. •Provide final tier helpdesk support for IT issues within the department that cannot be solved by level 1 and 2 helpdesk technicians.
