As the Application Team Lead of the M-Power & PayCenter team, I managed a team of Computer Analysts and PayCenter Technicians to support SRP's M-Power prepaid electric program which serves over 120,000 electricity customers. During this time, we introduced a new version of our popular PayCenter kiosks and deployed 20 new kiosks in high-demand locations throughout the valley. The team also started a phased rollout of an updated back-office system and implemented changes to add high availability and disaster recovery to improve the reliability and scalability of the system.

As a developer in the customer service technology services department, I created an application to monitor our network of PayCenters to report service issues, generate reports, and perform many of the most common maintenance tasks remotely which reduces the amount of time our technicians spend driving around.
