Joined as the first recruiting hire at the company to build the talent acquisition function. This was right before the entire industry went into downsizing mode.

Joined as the first Head of Technical Recruiting when the talent team was just five people and Plaid had around 100 employees as a Series-B company. Scaled the technical recruiting org to 30+ team members building all engineering, product, design and support teams (aka Plaid EPDS Recruiting).

Led recruiting efforts to scale Pinterest's ads and core product teams which included hiring for product management, data science, data analytics, product marketing, and a handful of leadership roles across the company. Grew the product team from 20 to over 50 PMs as Pinterest doubled from around 600 to over 1200 employees during this period.

Led an awesome team responsible for Dropbox's infrastructure teams. This was my first time in the role of a Recruiting Manager. The overall company scaled from fewer than 400 employees to over 1000 in two years.

First time recruiting software engineers via contract recruiting for various big-tech companies such as Google, Amazon, and Broadcom.

First in-house recruiting gig. Hired for electrical engineers in the analog semiconductor industry. Survived the great recession.

First job after graduating college. Learned how to be a recruiter.
