As a Receptionist for the Student Success Center at the University of Louisville, in this role, I help schedule advising appointments, communicate with students over the phone, connect students with relevant campus resources, assist in decorating the center for freshman orientation, and provide general support to the Student Success Center.

UofL’s Office of Admissions Diversity Recruitment team established a diversity shadow visit program to support diversity recruitment initiatives and promote post-secondary educational awareness. They created Diversity Student Ambassadors (DSA) to increase enrollment numbers of students of underrepresented backgrounds for the university.

Student Success Ambassadors serve as peer mentors in the Student Success Center and provide support to first-year students at the University of Louisville. Ambassadors help first-year students negotiate college transitions, form campus connections and facilitate student success by guiding, supporting and advising them throughout their first-year in college. Ambassadors also serve as undergraduate teaching assistants, supporting the instructors of academic orientation courses. The students enrolled in the course are the Ambassador's mentees for the duration of the year.

Contributed efficiency to the Records Department by assisting attorneys in various tasks, including receiving, managing, organizing, rearranging, and disposing of files.
