I lead the development of PRiSM, Healthcentric Advisors’ Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) solution. PRiSM enhances the continuum of patient care by supporting everything from education to daily health monitoring and timely alerts for both patients and care teams. The platform leverages cellular and Bluetooth medical devices from industry leaders like Omron, iHealth, and others, along with our proprietary applet, to deliver real-time data on vital health metrics. This empowers healthcare providers to make informed clinical decisions swiftly, reducing the need for physical office visits. The system also supports secure, direct communication between patients and their care teams, ensuring immediate access to care. Recently, we’ve expanded patient engagement with the introduction of SMS texting campaigns, making it easier for patients to actively participate in their healthcare and improving access to care when it’s most needed.

I led the enhancement of data integrity and process efficiency across multiple contracts, creating a comprehensive platform to optimize client and patient management. This initiative enabled care managers to focus more on client engagement by significantly reducing their administrative burden related to data handling. Seamlessly integrated with various external systems and data streams, the platform ensured the accurate and timely capture of data, while simplifying the audit process prior to claims submission. Over time, the platform evolved into a robust solution, incorporating weekly data intake from third-party sources, managing extensive care manager interactions with clients, standardizing and verifying care management information, and facilitating the production of EDI 837 claims files for monthly processing. This initiative not only streamlined operations but also reinforced our commitment to delivering exceptional care through technological innovation.

Lincoln, Rhode Island

I played a key role in a team overseeing hardware deployments across CVS locations nationwide, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and tracking. I developed a ‘scoreboard’ to monitor daily technician activities across approximately 15 key metrics, including visit durations, issues encountered, and inventory status. Additionally, I integrated the UPS API to create a system for tracking the status and delivery of inventory shipments to CVS stores, allowing vendor representatives to plan their daily visits more effectively using real-time data. Alongside these developments, I was responsible for creating comprehensive technical guides, or ‘Redbooks,’ to assist technicians in their on-site activities. These initiatives streamlined processes and enhanced the overall quality of service delivery.

I led the principal development of a platform that allows customers to upload and store images and files for digital downloads or administrative purposes. We integrated a subscription management layer using the Stripe API, enabling seamless credit card payments and automatic renewals. The platform also featured a comprehensive Knowledge Base, providing customers with easy access to information and code snippets for seamless integration with their websites and e-commerce platforms. The system was designed with a fully automated ordering, payment, and digital delivery process, supported by an automated support mechanism. This streamlined approach significantly reduced the need for manual intervention in support issues, allowing our team to focus on continuously improving the platform’s functionality and user experience.
