As Facility Manager, I handled all facility scheduling. Further, I managed customer service and organized collection of fees for services. I helped excel the business through developing and coordinating new projects.

As the Director of Events and Youth Programs, I helped create well-thought out and successful event days. I was responsible for planning and organizing events and camps that the organization puts on. I also ensured each event was planned out accordingly with staff and was set up and ready for the day. I communicated with customers about each event and answered any questions they may have had. Additionally, I gave them all information they needed about what each event had to offer.

When working as the event staff at Saint Mary's, I have helped with efficient set up and clean up so that each competition is organized for the fans and players. Some tasks I am responsible for include to set up and clean up game days for different sporting events and competitions, as well as helping fans to their seats and answering any questions they may have.
