Originally employed in June 2008 with a dual role as Business Process / Project Manager reporting to the ERP Manager. Duties included managing implementation of various modules in the Oracle eBusiness suite such as iProcurement. In addition to this, my role was to document, produce and maintain business processes using Microsoft Visio, for the Tatweer group entities, as well as providing training material using Oracle UPK. Since November I have taken over the role of ERP Manager. In this role I am responsible for a small team (10) of consultants, project managers & system administrators, who maintain, manage & provide new functionality with Oracle eBusiness suite. I report directly to the IT Director and am also responsible for the day to day running of the office and administration of staff.

During my time in the Middle East I have worked in various projects with IFS Manufacturing, IFS Projects and IFS Document Management. I have been involved in implementations in Tehran, & Libya for customers in the petrol-chemical, telecommunications & utilities sections. I have been responsible for implementing manufacturing, projects & document management. Duties involve the preparation of training material & user manuals. Training the end users, and developing the required business processes using an integrated business modeler. Also assisting in developing the required procedures to support & maintain the solution design.

Responsible for managing the implementation programme for IFS (ERP system) into the Technical Division & other companies within the Group. Plan & implement software upgrades. Investigate IFS to determine best fit scenarios for changes to business flow within the Technical Division. Propose solutions & implement, once agreed with senior management team. Provide technical support & train existing / new users. Maintain security & integrity of the system.
