Vtc Technician
Current- Support and troubleshoot AV equipment, including Crestron and Cisco, in conference rooms and corporate settings.
- Diagnose and resolve audio and video signal flow issues to minimize downtime during critical meetings or webinars.
- Troubleshoot Zoom, Webex, and Microsoft Teams applications to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless virtual meeting experiences.
- Respond to AV and IT support requests quickly and efficiently, providing excellent customer service and handle conference room AV setups, maintenance, and support to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Log, track, and resolve support tickets using ServiceNow.
- Work with colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders to fix issues and improve AV system performance.
