Also led other businesses and/or initiatives at times including P2P payments, Care.com Business Marketplace (enables companies to connect with Care.com members), and benefits for caregivers. Care.com is the world's largest online and mobile marketplace for care, serving millions of families and caregivers globally.

Led product management for Charge Card products in the OPEN Small Business unit including Green, Gold, Platinum, Centurion and Plum. Responsible for managing P&L. Led product and marketing strategy, rewards and loyalty, and design of new benefits and features for the SMB customer.

Led relationships with top US merchant customers in the B2B sector. Responsible for growing account volumes and revenue. Supported payment acceptance from traditional cards and purchasing cards plus electronic payment solutions (Buyer Initiated Payment, vPayment). Responsible for pricing and contract negotiations, expanding marketing services, and resolving escalated servicing, fraud, data security, and operations issues.

Led US sales for acquiring new small business merchants accepting the American Express Card. Sales channels included partners, telesales and online. Launched and scaled the American Express OnePoint program, a partnership with merchant acquirers that helped small business merchants more easily accept and process American Express Cards with streamlined authorization, settlement, servicing and reporting.
