• Evaluate current business practices and policies and recommend the most effective integration strategy
• Present alternative solutions to senior management when appropriate
• Design communication and training strategies, including identifying the appropriate learning process and timing
• Manage implementation resources, including working with project teams and users to understand complex problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution, escalating as necessary to meet timelines

• Manage project implementation for specific business topics
• Write and publish documentation and communication for banker policies and procedures

• Designs communication of business process and procedures strategies, including design and delivery
