Sales Manager
CurrentResponsible for overseeing my team on a day to day basis, which starts with training them from their first day on the job as well as daily as needed to continually help them improve in their sales role. Helping my team think outside of the box, find solutions to customers problems and manage the relationships with all customers on my team to ensure they are satisfied. Responsible for tracking growth of my employees and figuring out the best way to successfully teach what does and does not work in the industry. Evaluating the overall net sales month over month as well as year over year to find areas of opportunity to help keep sales up. I have a large focus on my employees growth to help them exceed sales goals and to also develop them into the best possible sales reps that they can be. Achieved back to back record profitability and have a proven track record of growing accounts and opening up new streams of revenue. Largest notable customer growth is with Boeing, taking an account with a very strained relationship with Bisco and mending that in order to take the account to new heights. In a little over a year the account is healthier than it has ever been and will end as one of the top accounts in the territory that I manage.
