I am a business litigator with a practice devoted to solving problems. I focus on representing clients in the hospitality, manufacturing, and franchise industries and have extensive experience in all aspects of litigation in both federal and state court, including trial. I use my industry knowledge, results driven approach, and receptivity to alternative fee arrangements to achieve successful, cost-effective outcomes for my clients.I currently serve as the Managing Partner of Connell Foley’s office in Newark, NJ, Chair of the firm’s Franchise and Distribution Group, and member of the firm’s Executive Committee. I lead a team of extremely talented litigators who have the depth and experience to handle everything from the complex commercial disputes that arise from a wide variety of business relationships to the broad array of casualty claims that our clients face, including premises liability, product liability, and inadequate security. We are consistently engaged in a large volume of litigation associated with franchise, license, and management agreements, including trademark claims and the full gauntlet of relationship, competition, and enforcement issues.
