Tundra Purchased Quadic Systems in September of 2000.Lead Development Teams of 10 -30 People in the following areas:• Completed IP Development for Digital,Mixed Signal ,and Analog IP Ethernet Core, Processor I/F, Interrupt handler, Memory I/F• Technical/Project Lead for 25 person team that delivered to market Tundra Host Bridge Chip (Tsi134)• Managed development team of 30 person RTL design and Physical Design team, successfully delivered Tsi108, Tsi109, Tsi564-8, Tsi574-8• Successfully added Analog/Mixed Signal Design team and developed the CAD team to support Tundra multi-site developments in North American and India• Successfully deliver PCI/PCIExpress bridging products (Tsi384, Ts381, Tsi352) • Established Foundry Interface flow to TSMC and Chartered Semiconductor, successfully released 15+ products without foundry interface issues

• Successfully Designed and Developed dozens of CMOS/Bipolar ICs and Analog/Digital Macros for IDMs and ASIC Customers. • Designed: Voltage Regulators, Printer Motor Driver ICs, Electronic Power Steering IC, SRAM Memory Instances, CMOS Standard Logic ICs, Buck-Boost Regulator Macros, High performance ASP chip for infrared sensor application.• Successfully lead Engineering teams of 5 - 12 Engineers developing Std Logic, SRAM, and CAM ICs and Macros• Performed Project Planning, Scheduling, tracking and mentoring Junior Engineers • Developed multi-million dollar IC Consulting business• Built the company from team of 6 to team of 40 during this time
