Southeast United States

Partnered with owners and operations management to standardize sales processes and implement universal application. Supported functional strategy targeting new market opportunities through acquisition and new builds expanding stores from 60 to 145 stores in 12 states. Developed process to recruit talent from local resources, drive market integration. Managed revenue generation processes in 5 markets, implementing effective sales strategies, increasing sales volumes, improving employee productivity, and enhancing profitability.

Led Mobility Store within a Store program development and implementation initiatives nationwide. Developed 19 store test into 437 store business nationwide. Recruited, developed, and mentored teams including 4 area directors, 32 district managers, 4 divisional compliance specialists, and team of over 1,200 members. Generated timelines, estimated costs, ensured sales and projects met needs of client organization and maximized Profit and Loss.

Managed and oversaw the sales operations of select regions of the organization which typically averaged 250 plus corporate stores, $41 million in inventory, $22 million in payroll, and roughly $200 million in sales year over year with accountability for each market P&L.
