Initially maintained the jacksonhewitt.com website on a daily basis via the Ektron CMS. Recommended and oversaw the transition from Ektron to EpiServer. Worked closely with all facets of the marketing team to organize and restructure the website and integrate a brand new layout site-wide while also working with the technology team to create necessary content blocks and page layouts to simplify in- house user interaction. Converted PSD and Sketch files to HTML and CSS using both legacy bootstrap 3 and alpha, beta, bootstrap 4. Created on-boarding documentation for new hires to understand the website structure and publishing process.

Operate and maintain Polopoly, the content management system for the NY Daily News website on a day to day basis. Responsibilities include creating content XML, and Velocity / Java output templates. Keep track of page errors via Google and Bing Webmaster Tools. Interact with department heads to brainstorm new site wide functionality and integration. Also provided 24/7 CMS and server support for the site on a case by case basis. Previous tasks included development of dynamically driven PHP code modules, site and page layout templates built on top of the Interwoven platform, along with complex javascript and jQuery functionality. Have been an integral part of 4 full site redesigns and responsible for drastically increasing the sites monetary value.

CMS' have been developed on varying platforms such as wordpress, drupal, and codeigniter.
