I manage a facility that has 1 indoor ice rink, a large gymnasium, as well as a Health Club, 3 indoor squash courts, and 3 outdoor tennis courts. We are looking at opening a lounge (Jan 2015). We have Pre-K classes and are working on a daycare (2015).

My coaching experience includes football, soccer, and swimming at a numerous levels. I began my professional coaching career with the Toronto Argonauts in 2000 as defensive back coach, which also involved assisting with Special Teams and scouting our opponents. In 2001, I became the Video Coordinator for the duration of two seasons. In 2003, I started as the Player Research & Development Coordinator with the Calgary Stampeders. My passion is and always will be football; however I wanted to create a website to assist all athletes in getting to the next level. With years of hard work and dedication, my dream has finally become a reality. Through my experiences working with coaches at the college and university levels as well as the many professional athletes I met through my years with the Argonauts and Stampeders, I have developed an extensive and highly specialized skill set that allows me to not only posses a deep understanding of what it takes to make it to the next level, but also how to get there. It is my goal to apply my years of experience to help YOU achieve your goals.

Booking sports for gymnasium or one of 2 indoor fieldhouses. I also book 2 outdoor soccer fields for use from May to September. I also help book special events.

Book one of 2 indoor rinks for soccer, ball hockey, or lacrosse. Made sure the workout gym was clean and in working condition. Also looked after scheduling of facility staff, juice bar staff, and did ordering for the juice bar.

Signed up football athletes who were interested in concentrating on their sport year-round. This included workouts and position specific skill development. I also organized schedules, assisted instructors on occasion, interviewed, hired, & trained staff, maintained daily accounting, and created all literature, monthly schedules, operations manuals, and programs.

Assisted the Director of Player Personnel with day-to-day activities, helped negotiate players’ contracts, coordinated the weekly roster, released players, and managed the salary cap. Heavy involved with the 2003 CFL Draft.

Toronto, Canada Area

Was an intern coach for the 2000 season, helping with DBs and coaching Scout team offense and defense. For 2001-2003 I was the fulltime Video Coordinator, looking after videotaping every practise and home game. Created film for coaches and players of upcoming opponents as well as logging of all college film and college players game films.
