Day to day administrative responsibilities within the supply department. Daily contact & coordination with suppliers; acted as a liaison between production, supply, and Auto Crane vendors. Verify kanban purchase requests from production, purchase order creation and maintenance, research and correct PPV, submit large PPV impacts to the Supply Leader, update shortage reports for production, organize expedites of shortage components and past-due purchase orders, open PO evaluation. Maintain the integrity of ERP data and continuously update the system with current pricing. Physically produce kanban cards.
